Abbott Hill Rentals, LLC

Welcome to Abbott Hill Rentals, LLC. We own and manage two buildings at 261 Main Street in historic downtown Farmington, Maine. There are five units in the main building, which was built around 1825, and another two in the restored, timber-frame carriage house.

All of our apartments are one-bedroom units. We are located within walking distance to downtown restaurants and businesses, the public library, an extensive network of recreational trails, the farmer's market and the University of Maine at Farmington. This makes us a great fit for folks who want to simplify or downsize.

We do not allow pets, smoking or vaping on our property. Thank you for understanding.
