Utilities included in the Main Building are water and sewer.

Utilities included in the Carriage House are internet, heat, hot water, water and sewer.

All applicants must pass a background check.

We have a one-bedroom apartment which will be available for lease on September 1, 2025. It is a second-floor apartment in the main building

We manage one apartment in the main building as a furnished mid-term rental. This 600sq ft, one-bedroom unit on the first floor has all utilities included. Eat-in kitchen has full-size appliances.
