This 600 sq ft studio apartment is located on the second floor of our main building. It has closets in the bedroom and living room, a full-size stove and refrigerator, a large bathroom vanity, and a standing shower stall. Heat and hot water are electric.

This unit really shows off the historic charatcter of the property, with hardwood doors and trim. The tall, south-facing windows let in natural light, making it cheerful everyday.
